This short course is designed to provide directors and those with strategic responsibility with an understanding of the moral, legal and business case for the proactive management of health and safety and to give guidance on the effective management of workplace risks.

Identify accident causes and plan for prevention through risk assessment and control strategies

Understand the importance of employee selection and the effect of human factors on health and safety
