COSHH assessment

The Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH), as amended, require employers to identify all hazardous materials in the workplace, and to evaluate the risks to all parties.

This requires obtaining a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the hazardous material, determining the method and environment of use, to produce a task-specific COSHH assessment.

Some employers find this process to be particularly difficult and in many instances fail to comply.

Safety Aware can carry out an audit of your workplace to identify any hazardous materials and prepare COSHH assessments on your behalf.

All documentation will be produced in PDF format for provision of information and training to staff.
